Move between our hot magnesium pool, Finnish-style sauna, hammam steam room, infrared sauna and cold plunge, then pause for tea, step outside into the courtyard or find somewhere quiet to rest.
There is no prescribed circuit and no right way to experience Naia. The experience is shared, but your time is your own.
